Retention Period

Data is processed and stored for as long as required by the purposes for which it was collected.

Therefore:

• Personal Data collected for purposes related to the execution of a contract between the Data Controller and the User will be retained until the contract has been fully executed.

• Personal Data collected for purposes related to the legitimate interest of the Data Controller will be retained as long as such interest is satisfied. When processing is based on the User’s consent, the Data Controller may retain the Personal Data for a longer period until such consent is withdrawn. Furthermore, the Data Controller may be required to retain Personal Data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.

At the end of the retention period, Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, once this period expires, the right to access, erasure, rectification, and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.

By registering to the mailing list or newsletter, the User’s email address is automatically added to a contact list that may receive email messages containing information — including commercial and promotional content — related to this Application. By filling in the contact form with their Data, the User consents to their use to respond to requests for information, quotes, or any other kind of request as indicated by the form’s header.

Hosting and Backend Infrastructure

This type of service has the purpose of hosting data and files that enable this Application to function, allow its distribution, and provide a ready-to-use infrastructure to deliver specific features of this Application.

Some of the services listed below, if present, may operate on geographically distributed servers, making it difficult to determine the actual location where the Personal Data is stored.

OVHcloud

OVHcloud is a hosting and backend service provided by OVH S.A.S. or OVH GmbH, depending on how the Data Controller manages the Data processing.

This type of service analyzes the traffic of this Application, which may potentially contain Users’ Personal Data, in order to filter it from traffic, messages, and content recognized as SPAM.

SPAM Protection

Google reCAPTCHA

Google reCAPTCHA is a SPAM protection service provided by Google LLC or Google Ireland Limited, depending on how the Data Controller manages the Data processing.
The use of the reCAPTCHA system is subject to Google’s privacy policy and terms of use.

Personal Data processed: clicks; Usage Data; keypress events; motion sensor events; touch events; mouse movements; scroll position; responses to questions; Tracking Tools.

Statistics

The services in this section enable the Data Controller to monitor and analyze web traffic data and are used to track User behavior.

Google Analytics with anonymized IP

Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google LLC or Google Ireland Limited, depending on how the Data Controller manages the Data processing (“Google”). Google uses the Personal Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, compile reports, and share them with other Google-developed services.
Google may use the Personal Data to contextualize and personalize ads in its advertising network.

This integration of Google Analytics anonymizes your IP address. Anonymization is achieved by shortening the IP address within the member states of the European Union or other countries participating in the European Economic Area agreement. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to Google servers and shortened within the United States.

Google Analytics is an analytics service provided by Google LLC or Google Ireland Limited, depending on how the Data Controller manages Data processing (“Google”). Google uses the Personal Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, compile reports, and share them with other services developed by Google.
Google may use the Personal Data to contextualize and personalize ads within its advertising network.

In Google Analytics 4, IP addresses are used at the time of collection and then deleted before any data is logged in any data center or server. For more information, please refer to Google’s official documentation.

User Rights
