Circular economy and sustainability management workshop
With special reference to the ecological transition
Activities Carried Out
Thecircular economy represents an innovative business and economic development model that aims to ensure greater environmental and social sustainability by changing production logic. In this model, there is a shift from a linear to a circular approach, where resources are no longer consumed once, but are reused through a series of cyclical processes.
The Circular Economy Laboratory allows for the integration of different research activities in an interdisciplinary manner, addressing the issues of sustainability, recycling, and innovation in a collaborative manner. This circular approach allows for a comprehensive and coordinated view of resource-use challenges.
In addition, the Laboratory plays a strategic function as a research control room, creating circular economy models, future development scenarios and conducting in-depth analyses of production chains. Particular attention is paid to the territorial context, fostering the dissemination of best practices and the implementation of concrete projects that directly benefit the competitiveness of enterprises, offer added value to consumers and promote more effective and lasting environmental sustainability.
