Activities Carried Out
Research and innovation activities conducted within the agribusiness supply chain, in collaboration with the Teramo Center, focus on the development of advanced technologies and sustainable solutions for the sector. The main objective is to improve theefficiency and quality of production processes through an integrated approach that combines technological innovation and sustainable management. Special attention is paid to theefficiency of transformation processes and the enhancement of the microbiome, which is recognized as a key element in increasing the quality and resilience of production systems. These initiatives are part of a strategy to promote a food supply chain that is safer, sustainable and in harmony with local resources.
